How to Simplify Lesson Planning and Save Time

A very interesting approach to simplifying lesson planning and saving time. I think it would depend on the individual work situation. What about aims and objectives and methods of assessment? I'm not sure this approach to planning would be accepted in some institutions. There is also the need to think about a scheme of work. Any thoughts?
